We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure the efficient scheduling of appointments and respect for our therapists' time, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. If your therapist has the availability to reschedule your appointment within the same week, no cancellation fee will be charged.

A standard session typically spans 55 minutes and occurs on a weekly basis. However, session frequency and duration may be adjusted based on individual needs and therapeutic objectives, as determined collaboratively between the client and their therapist.
